Master essential hand stitches — chain, satin, cross, herringbone, and bullion — with proper thread handling, fabric hooping, and tension control.
Machine Embroidery & Appliqué
Introduction to machine embroidery setups, programmed patterns, freehand stitching, and appliqué techniques on various fabric types.
Surface Ornamentation Techniques
Advanced methods including zardozi, aari work, bead work, sequin application, mirror work, and thread painting for garment embellishment.
Fabric Art & Creative Textiles
Experimental fabric manipulation — smocking, pleating, fabric origami, patchwork, and mixed-media textile art for fashion and home décor.
